From the consult and contract development process with Sam, working with the architects to create a dream home for my mom to age in place, to the actual building of the ADU with Luke and Sundi, everything has been collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable. Even when our city put up some roadblocks around our sewer pipes and added in additional unexpected costs – the Kindred team was on our side doing everything they could to avoid additional costs and meet with city officials on our behalf to solve the problems. We broke ground in the middle of November of 2024, and it looks like we will be completed before April 2025 – record setting time to create an entire home!
My partner and I absolutely LOVE our new tiny house!! We initially thought we could build our own but we had a strict deadline. We researched tons of different tiny home companies and looked extensively online. Their price was the best around, the quality of the product is nothing short of amazing (thanks GOD we didn’t try to make our own!) and every detail is beautiful. We had approximately 6 million questions and he was so patient and responsive. Can’t speak more highly of them! If you’re going tiny, consider them!
We are very pleased with the construction of our home and with the experience! First off, the construction of our model home is marvelous. Custom cabinetry, rain shower, all hip and modern farmhouse. They NAILED IT! Very high quality. Furthermore, when we had some questions or little issues with the plumbing or electrical, they were very responsive and made certain we were taken care of. They guarantee their work. Great construction, great people!
